In this class we work as a small group to enhance your muscle definition and endurance. The pace is entirely up to you with a Personal Training helping you along.

SHRED:

Train alongside 3 other like minded people in our small group Personal Training package. 18 sessions at set times over 6 weeks. Contact us for more details.
