Tabata:

20 seconds max effort, 10 seconds rest and repeat! 8 different exercise stations x 4 minutes!. If you like circuits, you’ll love this class

Strength & Performance:

Working in small groups this is an all over body workout designed to get you stronger, more flexible and get that cardiovascular system working!

X Fit:

Mixing short fast workouts with longer stamina based workouts to give you varied targets every time!. Basically a mix of everything else we do in all other classes

Fight Club:

Gloves, pads and bodyweight workouts. No boxing skills needed, just you, your gloves and your effort & determination!

Sculpt:

Have you ever wondered how to chisel and craft your muscles?. This is a complete weights based workout

Power:

Full body strength workout session based around correct techniques and posture

Personal training:

A tailored programme with one of our qualified personal trainers to help you meet your specific training goals. One to one or small group sessions available

Mobility:

Working on your mobility, flow and stretching. These are all vital for continuing progress in your training. Low intensity class and low impact work
