We have a saying at The Fitmill – “we are family, The FitMill family”. There is a real community feel to our classes and all of our members have made new friendships at the gym that go far beyond our walls. You’ll receive a friendly welcome in an environment you will feel comfortable training in. There is a positive supportive vibe that is unique to The FitMill!

 Our classes are tough but we like to have a laugh as we train and we don’t take ourselves too seriously!. You’ll train at your own pace with expert tuition from our team of qualified personal trainers. None of our workouts are ever the same, we keep them interesting and fun to help you to challenge your mind and body. There is nothing worse than turning up for the same workout time and time again.

Following a seventeen year career with the Police Nick made the decision to change direction but continue with his personal mission to help as many people as possible.



Nicola has a real passion for fitness and when she’s not instructing a class you will often find her participating alongside her PT clients to give them additional motivation.

Paul is not only a qualified Personal Trainer but also a Crossfit and Olympic Lifting coach.

With his microscopic attention to detail, he is fully equipped to help you hit your goals whether that’s in his classes at the gym or with his Personal Training skills.
